Directions for Use

  1. Shake the bottle well before use.
  2. Dilute with fresh, warm tap water at a ratio of 1:100 (e.g., 40 – 80ml per 10 litres of water).
  3. Mop the floor, ensuring even coverage, then rinse with water to remove foam.

For Carpets:

  • Follow the dilution and usage instructions of your carpet cleaning machine.

For machine probiotic floor cleaning, we recommend Provilan Clean Machine Floor Cleaner, which has added foam inhibitor. 

Recommendations:

  • This floor cleaner is rigorously tested and safe for many different floors, but we always recommend testing in a hidden area before first use if unsure.
  • Do not use to clean oil treated floors as the probiotics may dull the shine.
  • Store in a dry place between 10°C & 30°C.
  • Use within 6 months once opened.
  • Do not use in combination with other products. 
  • Do not ingest. 
  • Avoid contact with eyes. 
  • As with all household cleaning products, keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.

I thought I would try this as I have bought other products from the range and want to cut out the amount of chemicals used in my home. We are a household of 4 adults, two giant dogs and a cat. I was reluctant to buy this as it is very expensive but it is an amazing floor cleaner. It smells beautiful and fresh without being over powering or chemically smelling and it cleans brilliantly. It's ideal for downstairs as it cuts through mucky footprints and it's worked wonders on our 15yr old bathroom floor - (we have one tiny bathroom for four people). I will definitely buy again

I have a dog who is sensitive and this floor cleaner is great. It has a wonderful smell removing any lingering dog odour and cleans the floors brilliantly. I have tiles and wooden flooring and it works on both. I did lots of research before I finally decided to try this and I’m glad I did. The price is on the high side but it’s worth it and it lasts. Make sure to follow the instructions. All in all it’s worth it for your loved pets.

This is keeping my kitchen floor really clean, it doesn't leave any streaks or smears. I've dispensed some in to a spray bottle, shake it up and use it when needed, especially handy for muddy paw prints. Used undiluted this completely shifted some stubborn grease stains on the kitchen tiles above the cooker. Great stuff and really good if you have pets. No chance of them absorbing unpleasant chemicals through their pads after using this. I've also used it with brilliant effect for removing some mud stains on the back door mat.

I have been using the floor cleaning products for a week now and my dogs have completely stopped peeing in the house. Also, there has always been a dog smell in my house since having our 3 Frenchies. Not a bad smell, just a dog smell. The first night after using the cleaners the smell was completely gone - no dog odour whatsoever. Previously, no matter how many times I let the dogs out (even through the night) there were always 3 puddles in the exact same spots when I woke up in the morning. Since using the floor cleaner we have only had one accident in the house. This was under the TV stand, the only place I didn’t mop. So not only has it prevented my dogs peeing on the floor, there are also now quality control agents making sure I don’t miss any bits! 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone. On a side note, used the Interior (multi-purpose) cleaner to clean my leather couch and it looked like new the next day.
