Where do you ship to?
In the UK, we ship throughout the UK mainland (England, Scotland, and Wales), as well as to Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey.

  • Postage is usually £4.45 via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service.
  • UK orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
  • The next working day courier service costs £8.70 and is available for UK orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day.


Do you deliver internationally?

Instructions:

The formula is in powder form for easy use. 

WASTEWATER TREATMENT (plants, absorption pits)

Follow this two-step process:

1. BOOST Phase (Initial Treatment)
Add 1kg of Septic Tank Maintainer per cubic meter (1m3) of wastewater directly into the purification system to establish probiotic bacteria.

2. MAINTENANCE Phase (Ongoing Treatment)
Add 50 to 100g of Septic Tank Maintainer per cubic meter (1m3) of wastewater per week for optimal faecal digestion, odour reduction, sludge control, and more.

FOR TOILETS

  1. Apply directly into toilets or pipes, depending on the application and volume of water to be treated. 
  2. Note: Any synthetic materials will not be removed.

TO UNBLOCK PIPES

  1. Pour 50g into the toilet. 
  2. Allow to soak for approx. two hours then flush the toilet.

Recommendations:

  • Close the package tightly after use.
  • Avoid moisture in the container.
  • Do not use in combination with other products unless directed by Ingenious Probiotics.
  • Avoid contact with eyes.
  • Store in a dry place between 10°C and 45°C and out of reach of children.
