This returns policy applies to UK consumer orders only. Unfortunately, returns are not currently accepted for international orders. If you've ordered from outside the UK and need help, please contact us for personalised support.

How to Cancel or Return Your Order
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your item for a full refund or exchange under our 30-day no-quibble refund policy. The easiest way to cancel or organise a return is to get in touch as soon as possible:

The Small Print
Please read this policy alongside our full Terms of Sale for Consumers (B2C), particularly Parts 16 and 19.
1. Cancelling and Ending the Contract if You Change Your Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to change your mind within 30 calendar days for any reason. This “cooling-off period” begins once your order is complete and we send your Order Confirmation, and ends as follows:

If your order is delivered in one go, the cooling-off period ends 30 calendar days after the day you (or your nominated recipient) receive the goods.

If your order arrives in separate parts, the cooling-off period ends 30 calendar days after the final item is received.
To cancel, please email or call us within the cooling-off period using the contact details above. Your cancellation is effective from the day you send it. Cancellations sent before 23:59:59 on the final day of the cooling-off period are considered valid.
If your order has already been dispatched by the time you cancel, you’ll need to either:

Return the item to us after it arrives (we’ll confirm the return address and process), or
-
Refuse delivery, so the parcel is returned to us automatically.
In both cases, we will issue your refund in line with the terms set out in Section 2 once we receive the item or confirmation of its return.
Please note that your right to cancel may not apply if:
- The goods are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- Probiotic goods have been mis-stored (e.g. exposed to heat) and are no longer effective.
- The goods have been personalised or custom-made for you.
- The goods have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout. You will be refunded the price you paid for the goods and for delivery, subject to the conditions below:

We may reduce your refund if the returned goods show signs of handling beyond what would be acceptable in a shop. If we refund before inspecting the goods and later find they’ve been misused, we may deduct an appropriate amount.

Standard delivery costs (i.e. our lowest delivery option) will be refunded. Premium shipping upgrades are not refundable.

Returned items must be securely packaged. Goods that are damaged in return transit or are not resaleable due to poor packaging may not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days of one of the following:

Receiving the returned item;

Receiving proof of return shipment;

If we arranged collection, the date you notified us of cancellation;

If your order hasn’t been confirmed or dispatched, the date you told us you wish to cancel.
3. How to Return Your Item
Please note that we do not currently offer free returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been authorised, we will confirm the appropriate return address.
- Please package the item carefully and return it using a tracked service.

Always retain proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

Here is Dizzy looking very happy & jaunty on her morning walk. Her limp from her arthritic foreleg is hardly noticeable. The Tvati has certainly helped her cope with the high temperatures this summer. I’ve managed to retain this level of improved comfort whilst reducing her dosage to 2 days on & 1 day off. Tvati has made a profound difference to our 9-year old Fox Red Labrador with a replacement right elbow and joints throughout his whole body destroyed by 4-years of steroid use to control Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Not only has Tvati massively improved his mobility and comfort such that we have been able to reduce his weekly physio/hydrotherapy to bi-weekly, but it has also inexplicably greatly helped his gut, being able to cut his raw food intake by 2/5. Really nice product. Mild, natural scent. Really does remove odours - (I keep it near the loo) A very fine spray, so even though it seems pricey it lasts a long time.

Very subtle smell but it doesn't actually remove odours, rather than mask them. Perfect for use round litter trays and our bin Smells really nice and you don't need to use much

I thought I would try this as I have bought other products from the range and want to cut out the amount of chemicals used in my home. We are a household of 4 adults, two giant dogs and a cat. I was reluctant to buy this as it is very expensive but it is an amazing floor cleaner. It smells beautiful and fresh without being over powering or chemically smelling and it cleans brilliantly. It's ideal for downstairs as it cuts through mucky footprints and it's worked wonders on our 15yr old bathroom floor - (we have one tiny bathroom for four people). I will definitely buy again

This is a life changing product that has made it possible for me to be on top of my pup‘s dental health. He’s two and was starting to develop plaque and it is not for the lack of brushing. This product has not only dissolved most of the existing plaque but also keeps staining and plaque from forming at all. His white pearly teeth on one side are back in less than 30 days of regular use and I am hoping we will achieve similar results on the other side with time. I cannot express how pleased I am with this product and please don’t ever stop producing this. Reckon you can venture into human dental care?!

Peanut was in remission with yeast infections for the last 2 years as we went totally holistic Unfortunately the heat we beleive trigged another yeast infection plus he developed the secondary staph infection The ear on the guest photos looks awful, painful and yellow discharge is clearly visible I have been using the ear spray for 2 weeks and half 4 times daily at least and at night occasionally The last photo showing the ear is much better! I have used these products since my Jack Russell Max was a puppy, he’s now 4, he is sensitive to grass pollen and suffers from itchy red skin, I use the allergen spray daily during the summer months, also the ear,eye and dental spray and the shampoo, all these products help me to manage Max’s redness I also use the floor cleaner and laundry detergent, to keep my home chemical free I would highly recommend these products

First video is Dizzy 14 yr arthritic sheltie before starting Tvati. The following videos show Dizzy after 5 weeks of using the oil everyday & just over a week using the oil every other day. Whilst she is still showing signs of lameness she is much more energetic & the difference in her enthusiasm & free movement can be seen quite clearly in the videos. Even the neighbours remarked how much brighter she looked after 2 weeks using the oil. Jumping down the step is no longer an issue. Dizzy has definitely benefited from Tvati during the heat wave. Normally she really struggles in hot weather but she has breezes through this last heatwave & is still very keen on her early morning & late night walks.

I've used the dental spray with both my cats since adopting them. One cat has all his teeth, despite having fiv which can cause loss of teeth. So far after three years he still has all his teeth except one molar that was decayed.. My other cat only has incisors and canines and I wanted to protect those. I know the probiotic spray is working and will continue to use it with both my cats.
