UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Standard Delivery

• FREE on orders over £50
• £4.45 for orders under £50
• Delivered by Royal Mail
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

Next Working Day Delivery

• £8.70
• Usually delivered by DPD
• Available on orders placed before 12:00 pm Monday to Thursday
• Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday will normally be dispatched on Monday

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

International Delivery

We deliver to a range of international destinations.

If your country is available in the Country/Region dropdown at checkout, simply select your destination and your shipping costs will be calculated automatically before payment.

If your country is not listed, please contact support@ingenious-probiotics.com and we'll be happy to provide a shipping quotation.

Before ordering internationally, we also recommend checking our Stockist Map to see whether there is a local Ingenious Probiotics distributor in your country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and remain the responsibility of the customer.
