In addition, you also grant Other Users the right to copy and quote your User Content within Our Site.
6.6 If you wish to remove User Content from Our Site, the User Content in question will be deleted or anonymise. I initially bought this as one of my cats was constantly sneezing and had watery eyes. I’d watched these products being discussed and was very interested in trying them out. I’ve since brought the lot I think! I’ve washed everything in this washing liquid since it arrived a couple of weeks ago, and my cat has not sneezed since, neither has her eyes watered. I’ve since thrown all my old liquids away and will only use this from now on. Love this product, use it for my dogs bedding and toys.
My Foxie had his first ear infection March 2025 and never quite cleared as another in 2026. I was taking him to the top holistic vet in Australia but he retired last December so we haven’t been back to the practice this year. I noticed after the third treatment of the probiotic formula his ears were much less smelly and not producing copious amounts of orange wax. I stopped for a few days to see whether I needed to continue but yesterday I started back on twice a day so I will need to gauge this and see what happens. Thank you, as that was an amazing result in such a short time as I’ve used many different holistic products.

Items were well packed and arrived on time. Only been using the universal cleaner for a couple of weeks so far I’ve found it easy to mix/use and it does the job it was intended for. I’ve used it on kitchen worktops, sink, bins & also the bathroom so far. Can only trust the wee probiotics are doing their job as you can’t see them. I can definitely say there’s no smell from the sink or bins it cleaned the kitchen sink a treat left it nice & shiny. My next purchase will be the Laundry detergent & hand & body wash. I have no pets so can’t comment on that area. What I would say is as they have it for your pets. I hope they develop a fluoride sls free probiotic mouth rinse & toothpaste (for humans of course)that would be awesome 🤩
Although I haven’t been using this very long, I’ve used it on pretty much everything so far. It leaves the house smelling fresh, not overpowering like toxic brands. A huge bonus is that I know it’s not harmful to my cats when they clean their paws. I’ve since ordered a few more products from here, very happy thank you.
I am gradually building a range of these products for myself and my dog as I feel we will both benefit. I love the laundry liquid, also the floor cleaner and the universal cleaner. The dog has the shampoo and anti itch spray. All of these work perfectly for me. Waiting until the body wash is back in stock so I can buy that as well. (I have to say the dog shampoo has found its way into my bathroom!) I have great faith in the way your products cover all aspects of my life so that I can eliminate “chemicals”. Thank you.

First of all from the day I ordered to receiving was only 9 days to the east coast of Australia. I feel that I need more time to write any reviews but I did bath my Wire Fox Terrier straight away which was Tuesday and now only Friday. The shampoo has left his coat very soft and shiny. I feel his skin was really helped immediately. He was also very greasy so a bit early to tell. I will need to bath his body from mid back to tail due to the itch tomorrow to soothe his skin. The one thing I didn’t like was the smell of the shampoo as I found it too strong but I’m sure this will differ from person to person.

My good friend Dr Vicki Adams recommended this product to me. My year old Siamese Bluebell, gets big lumps of gunk in the corner of her eyes. Since using Eye Care, Bluebell doesn't get as much gunk build up as quickly if I use it daily. Unfortunately Bluebell hates having it done, but we get there 😁

We have three cats, but our three year old Tabby Reba has been incessantly chewing on her back. I thought about taking her to the vet but several weeks ago I clicked on an email from Mark Atwood and his September 17, 2026 video interview with Joe Flanagan and his company Ingenious Probiotics. I immediately thought this is what I need for Reba and ordered a bottle. In my experience I have found most cats don't like a spray bottle but recently I have been taking a wet washcloth and wiping my cats fur off at the end of the day. I took this one step further with Reba and after fluffing her fur up on her back quickly squirted several sprays on her back before she ran off. The result was immediate!! It has only been about three days now but she has almost stopped her chewing!! I also thought she might not want her nightly wipe-down but she comes into the bathroom and lays down on the floor as if she is waiting for it!! She is much happier and more relaxed and has been even more talkative, as if to tell me, "Thank you mama!". Thank you Joe Flanagan for your amazing product that absolutely works!!

You’re absolutely right – the Universal Cleaner has so many different uses that we need to make the guidance clearer. And you certainly don’t need to have a pet to use it! For general cleaning around the home, you can use it on kitchen and bathroom surfaces, tiles, windows, mirrors and other washable surfaces, as well as bins, floors, patios, outdoor furniture, artificial grass, sports equipment, and inside and outside your car. For everyday cleaning, an easy option is to make up a 500ml trigger spray. Fill a clean spray bottle with 500ml of hand-warm water, add one capful of Universal Cleaner and shake gently. Spray lightly onto surfaces and wipe with a cloth. For bigger jobs, such as floors and outdoor areas, use 50–100ml in 10 litres of warm water. You can reduce the quantities proportionately if you need less – for example, 25–50ml in 5 litres. Use the higher amount for dirtier or more heavily soiled areas. My dog has seasonal allergies and being outdoors in some environments really affects his eyes previously resulting in tear stains. I tried a number of products in conjunction with piriton but none had any effect. Then we found this product and it has worked well to help the worst of the irritation.

I've only just started using Tvati for my 11 year old miniature poodle who's been showing signs of stiffness and maybe arthritis in the past 6 months or so. The jury is still out but I do think he's moving more easily than he was and he's definitely running more often than he did! And as we're only in our first week of use I am hopeful. Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. It's great to have a company supplying the product in the UK.

I have been using the Dental Spray for years it is natural and my dog has several health issues so I feel completely comfortable using it.

I am so far, very impressed with this floor cleaner. I have only used it once, with a Villeda Mop and plastic mop bucket as recommended by Google AI. The floor looks nice and clean but there are some old ground in dirt places that need further attention. The bit I have worked on is really remarkably clean and I am happy that I am not harming the environment when I tip the dirty water away.

Love this product. Just had some building work done in my house & the Amtico flooring which has been down for 6 years has been extended into the dining room & conservatory. I was concerned that the new tiles would be quite conspicuous against the old but a good wash down with the probiotic floor cleaner & you can’t see the join. The floor cleaner is perfectly safe to use on the flooring without bleaching or damage. Having a dog & three raw fed cats hygiene & safe non toxic cleaning products is a paramount concern for me.
