An independent study at a lake in Belgium tested the effectiveness of TERRAA+ Probiotic Water Purifier (since re-named Provilan Earth Water Purifier) in reducing sludge height. Sludge, consisting of organic waste like mud and plant debris, was measured before and after treatment. 

Two sections of the lake were tested and each showed an average 30% reduction in sludge height after one month of using the probiotic solution. Water clarity and quality also improved.
