      Where do you ship to?
      In the UK, we ship throughout the UK mainland (England, Scotland, and Wales), as well as to Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey.

      • Postage is usually £4.45 via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service.
      • UK orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
      • The next working day courier service costs £8.70 and is available for UK orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

      What about bad breath and that raw food smell?

      The pack includes a dental spray that targets odour-causing bacteria in your pet’s mouth, and a pet-safe odour remover that neutralises smells on fur and bedding. Together, they naturally break down the molecules that cause bad breath and lingering odours, without needing artificial fragrances.

      Is everything in the pack safe for pets with allergies or skin issues?

      Yes. All products are hypoallergenic, vegan, and free from harsh chemicals like bleach or parabens. The natural probiotics support a healthy skin and coat microbiome, helping to reduce flare-ups, itching, and allergy symptoms often triggered by traditional cleaning products.
